International
The PPGFT/UFSCar continuously promotes actions aiming the consolidation and expansion of a network of excellence in research.
International activities are supported by numerous international agreements signed between UFSCar and foreign institutions (external link), the participation of the PPGFT/UFSCar in the Institutional International Program financed by CAPES (PRINT/CAPES AUXPE 2183/2018) (Print UFSCar), on the theme “Integrated Technologies for Health: from Prevention to Rehabilitation,” and other funding agencies (external link).
Among the actions to assist international activities promoted by the PPGFT/UFSCar, the following stand out:
- Development of research projects in collaboration with foreign professors and universities;
- International mobility program for faculty and students;
- Participation of international speakers in PPGFT lectures and events;
- Attraction of foreign researchers and students to PPGFT courses;
- Publication of admission processes in different languages;
- Encouragement for the application for scholarships for internships, visits, and training in foreign institutions;
- Support and encouragement for initiatives to seek co-orientation, collaboration, mobility, co-advising, or double degrees;
- Support and encouragement for the participation of faculty and students in conferences and other international events;
- Participation of faculty members as reviewers of international journals.
The PPGFT/UFSCar has a vast scientific collaboration network with renowned universities and research institutions worldwide.
