Molecular Biology Laboratory (Biomol)

Description of Key Features: This multi-user laboratory enables the development of experimental research projects involving animal models (rats and mice), as well as studies related to molecular, cellular, and human fluid analysis. The laboratory is equipped to support histological analysis, immunohistochemistry, and molecular biology techniques for gene and protein expression analysis.

Key equipment includes microscopes with different imaging technologies, refrigerated centrifuge, cytocentrifuge, cryostat, microtome, ultra-low temperature freezers, incubators, water purification systems, gene expression analysis systems, inhalation anesthesia equipment, and a microplate reader, among others.
